In the manga so far Sasuke is still alive and there are no indications that'll change any time soon. I don't know where answerer 1 got his information from but so far what'll happen next is still waiting for the next manga chapter to come out.

no.*SPOILERS*SPOILERS* in the manga ch.345-346 sasuke is fighting an ill orochimaru. they fight and stuff,lectures,blah.blah,then oro's true form is thousands of white snakes.in ch.346 it is concluded sasuke won becuz his sharingan can beat oro in every ways. then sasuke transported kabuto to the dimension where oro changes bodies and kabuto knows that oro is now dead.therefore,sasuke is not dead,a victor of the fight.and cannot w8 UNTIL SASUKE AND ITACHI FIGHT!!!!

we don't know for sure yet but the creators of naruto people say that naruto and sasuke fight.. sakura get knocked in the head,,, sasuke kills naruto.... sees sakura "killed" then kills himself...

no he doesn't die. orichimaru is training him to get him stronger for him to be his next container and sasuke is training to beat his brother itachi

Me i haven't heard anything but it doesn't look like he's gonna die since he's a motivated fighter.
