The first interview is basically an informational interview---you learn about them and they learn about you. Now the 'real' interview is scheduled. Do some research on the organization, the market and the industry. You will be expected to have done this for 2 reasons:
How will you know if you want to work there without some research into the company?
How will they know how serious you are about the job unless you have looked into it?
In addition to the company, what do you know about what the job may entail? What key skills are needed, what are the priorities and how would you handle them? This most likely will be a more 'in depth' discussion of the job and how you would add value to the company.
Review the information you received at the 1st interview. What must you know to accept the job if it is offered to you? What information must you get at this second interview? What did you learn from them about the organization and the job? Why should they hire you? Why do you want this job?
You may meet with department heads and potential co-workers that would have first hand knowledge of the job---this would be a great opportunity to learn more about the position as well as illustrate your research and knowledge of the job.
You may also want to review the following lonk:

Everyone has very good points, so I will just add some additional thoughts on top of them.
Let's look at it from the interviewer side of it - this will help you understand what to expect. In most cases, the employer has sifted through many applications and resumes, and has selected yours and a few others as a good match on paper for the job. At this point, you are already at least a 50% match for the job, as well as everyone else being called in for an interview.
Here is their chance to see if you are a good fit for the organization. They'll ask you about your skills, your strengths and weaknesses, your experience and how it applies to the job, your demeanour, your seriousness, etc. From there they'll narrow down to maybe 2-3 people and it will probably be decided from a "best fit" perspective, as any of these short listed people can do the job.
Sell yourself in the interview. Talk about your above average skills and accomplishments and be humble at the same time. Convince them without saying so, that you are the best person for the job.
Lastly, it's your chance to find out more about the job as well. A question I ask at EVERY interview I have been on is: "Can you tell me the top 3 things about the position that make it challenging". Listen to the answer and improvise your response.

Be very interested in the company. Do not be phoney over eager. Do not talk too much -- listen instead. Be very professional --- anytime you get too excited or nervous, whisper to yourself, "Be a pro! Be a pro!" This means, be professional. More than anything, look the interviewer in the eye and say something like, "I am truly excited and motivated and I appreciate the opportunity you have. If I am hired I intend to give 100% and to do whatever I can to succeed." Too many applicants do not impress with their motivation. Be motivated! Motivation is half the hurdle!
Dress for the part. This mean, dress like what someone who has the job you are interviewing for would wear. Dress in a manner that says, I am a professional.

Smile, show confindence, try your best not to look nervous. Prepare questions to ask, as they always ask if you have any, and most people usually say "no you seem to have covered everything". They like questions.
When do you think you will haver made your decision
?
When can I expect to hear from you?
Would I be able to see the department i will be working in?
How many people work in the department?
Also make sure you do your research on the company, check if they have a website, and see if you can get some questions from that too?
Good luck with the interview, I hope it goes good for you

Congrats for getting past the 1st one them calling u back is a good sign so just be as confident as you were for the first time. Try and think of questions they didn't ask you the first time and practice them also be prepared to to answer the same questions but perhaps with different interviewers. Do your research on the company and blow them away with your knowledge.
Good Luck

Hi, show up about 7 minutes early, make sure you know as much as possible about the company...how long it has been going, how many staff are employed, and where the company is headed. Do not mention money (not at this stage)..ask lots of questions about promotion prospects......really just act as if you are impressing a partner, talk up everything about yourself....but look into his/her eyes...and tell them you love them....but in a "job" way. Try and convince them that YOU are really impressed by the company and you can help further it's cause. Tell them what you can do for them, not what they can do for you.

Show up on time, and prepared with clean copies of your CV and references if they request them. Smile and act confident. Research the company and position on the web site and come prepared with your own list of questions to ask the interviewer(s). (It's ok to have those written down so you don't forget them.)
Remember to send a thank you note following the interview. Collecting business cards from the people you meet with will help you to spell their names correctly when you send those notes.
