This is what happens when personal goals get more important than national interest. Both Chappel and Dravid are motivated for personal gains here, and none bothers for the team or country. With Kiran More, they formed a group of three musketeers.
Last time, India was in the final. These three promised that Indian cricket will reach the next level with them. Result is in front of us.
1. Our best bowler, Pathan, was brain washed that he can be a batsman as well. Result - now he can't do anything.
2. Our most devastating batsman, Sehwag, was told that he should give more importance to his bowling. Result - same as Pathan.
3. Ashish Nehra, whom Ganguly still considers the best left hand bowler, potentially, has been lost in darkness.
4. Yuvraj Sing, one of our best middle order batsman, was told that he should play kho kho wearing sports shoe. Result - he was almost missing the worldcup.
5. Laxmipati balaji - one of our best bowlers, was shown the door along with Zaheer and Ganguly, why? As they think for the good of our country.
6. Hats off to Vengsarkar, that he could bring back the likes of Ganguly and Zaheer. Imagine India's team today without these two players.
This man, the wall as we call him, is a great batsman and there's no doubt about it, but he is extremely selfish, thinks for his own interest, and his is such a good captain that forget about other things, can't even read a pitch.
Look at the British team, Flintoff, even though he was their best allrounder, was sacked as he broke the discipline. Why can't we sack Dravid for being anti national, an extremely ridiculous fielder (he missed a catch, right?), a slow runner between the wicket (count the number of times he was involved in a run out), and the worst captain of the history of International cricket.
Bring back Ganguly as the captain, our best captain, and save the nation.

S. Ganguly is obvious choice. Not many captain can do, what he has done in Lord's Balcony. We need an aggressive captain as Kapil Dev. Regarding Chappel,He has come to India to make sure that India will not became a threat to Australians in world Cup and he has done that. After all he is Australian.

Saurav Ganguly was stripped off his captain ship becos he did not respect GREG CHAPPEL and becos of his bad performance.JOHN WRIGHT is the best coach.

they told ganguly was in not good form.. but i think sehwag is in the worst form ... why double standard?? well what ganguly did??? i think he has given unvisible slap on the face of chappel that he will never ever forget in the life.
