No, I think he's done. He never played in the right system for a Jake Plummer. He had a ton of talent, made bad decisions though.

If he does come back, then the Broncos will suffer, remember, he sucked so bad, the Cardinals didn't even want him. Jake Plummer's skill would fit more on a team like the Raiders or the Detroit Lions

Jake Plummer how shall i say is an anomaly. He played good and bad games for the Broncos. He had his best season in 2005 when he helped lead the Broncos to the AFC Championship game. But due to the pressure of Cutler and Shannahan breathing down his neck every game, he finally gave in when Cutler was named the starting QB. So Plummer was a good QB for Denver to have, but not as the future as Jay Cutler is.

The Texans won't take him. They don't need him, and who ever said they loved Carr has not been paying attention because they got him on the trading block.
If Plummer were to come back, the Raiders, Lions and Vikings would all be interested in him.

Do I care if Plummer comes back. Pretty much no I don't. If he comes back, fine, he wasn't a bad QB, but he wasn't the best either. If he does come back it'll either be for a mid-level to bottom of the barrell team, or as a third string Vinny Testaverde sorta role of mentor.

Nope and no one should. Let's be GLAD he is retired, and hope he STAYS that way. Don't need him being like Brett Farve and refusing to hang up the cleats. Although Farve can at least get some personal glory from the records, which is why I think he keeps playing, Plummer would NEVER reach records, other then biggest BUM.

I think he played his best football when he was with the Broncos. Tampa would be a good place to go and he has a chance of taking on the starting job there. Maybe with coaching from Gruden he can improve his decision making. I wouldn't wish Oakland on anyone at this point and if he lands there, he will need all the speed and mobility he can muster.

I THINK HE SHOULD COME BACK THE NFL HAS SHORT ON QUALITY QB'S. AND YES HE IS A QUALITY QB NOT A PHILLIP RIVER'S DREW BREE'S OR BRADY.
AND HE WON'T BE NEEDED MUCH IN TAMPA.I THINK GARCIA'S IN THE ZONE, BUT IF HE COULD WORK IT OUT THERE ARE SOME TEAMS THAT COULD USE A VETERAN QB. WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS HE COULD MAKE A COMEBACK.

If he does, I'm sure he'd start for the Raiders, Lions, or Texans...Well, the Texans seem to like Carr...but definitely he could play for the Raiders and Lions...
