A lot of people are likely having the same problem, it seems that once a week I am posting this. When I had this problem I called Nintendo and they told me that sometimes the Wii thinks that it is over-synched. To fix the problem, unplug the Wii from the wall and let it sit for at least 30 seconds. Plug the power back in and it should be fine.

all you need to do is re sync the wii remote
first turn on the wii. then open wii remote battery cover you will see a red button. then on the wii open the SD card slot and you'll see a rectangular red button. push the red button on the wiimote then when the LED player lights are blinking on your wiimote push the red button in the SD card slot area.
this should re sync your remote.
