How long after conception is the due date of a pregnancy?

My wife hasnt a clue when her last period or the last day of her last cycle was but knows the conception date as being 4th February this year All thew estimators out there require the last day of cycle . Any ideas out there? Anyone fancy working out the due date on our 4th kid? :-D

conception to time of birth is said to be 38 weeks.
The dr says 40 weeks as they use the two weeks before conception dating from day one of your last period.This is based on 28 day cycle and ovulation being on day 14 which is 14 days after your period..
Not everyones cycles are like this so this is rough estimate. Your baby will come when they are ready and its very rare for them to arrive on the exact day that you will be given
