I guess the same way everyone gets any company to sponsor them to work in the U.S.: apply to the company, get interviewed, get the job, they'll file your H1-B petition, if you qualify, and you're on your way to the U.S.!

You'll have to search for companies online and find out how to apply for open positions with such companies. Somehow, I don't imagine fashion companies have 'open' positions in that way. So, maybe you'll have to use existing contacts in the industry, assuming you're already in the industry and you have contacts. You can also come to the U.S. as a visitor and while you're here, shop around for employers who need the skills you have. If you're able to get a gig, they'll file your h1-b and you'll follow the motions and get your temporary work visa.
