what makes india become richer? want to know how india can become rich country without any poor people?

Tell me how indians can become richer, without any financial cruises, we need money for everything, and we need opportunity to earn it, but we are not getting proper opportunity

India can be richer if :
-most of the politicians are replaced by the power of ballot.
-educating everyone so they know atleast about their fundamental rights.
-100% clean Judiciary.
-removing corrupt civil servants and all other corrupt employees.
-reducing or atleast controlling the increase in population ; as China is doing right before our eyes.
-a feeling of proudness of being an Indian citizen.
-promoting co-operative industry like the Amul of Gujarat.
-a strong sense of gratitude and faithfullness to country.
-harnessing natural resources in acceptable ways.
-increasing power generation with the help of nuclear energy.
-etc...

Wait for another 2 decades. Surely..India becomes rich.,coz..now India is economically geared up and moving with steady development.........

i think population is the main concern. otherwise there is higher job creation now. i think india can increase its per capita income in coming years.
