Payng actors?

When do actors get paid? Before, during or after the movie..after the press stuff, premiers..i always wondered.

They sign a contract and I'm sure it is deposited into their account providing they fulfill the contract. Then they have to pay all their managers, lawyers...etc. etc.

It depends on the allowances of their contract. Sometimes, they may be paid (depending on the budget) a percentage pre editing. Again, it just really depends on the situation: who is involved and what the budget allows, pre sales, etc.
