You can't. AIM works on a different network to MSN.

You could install a client such as can be found at http://www.adiumx.com/ that supports both MSN and AIM, but you would need to sign up for an MSN account.

when you add a contact in any messenger you type in their email address and messenger name but you will need to get their permission before you can contact them
