Watson and Crick refers to the duo of James D. Watson and Francis Crick, who, with the work of Rosalind Franklin, discovered the structure of the DNA molecule in 1953 and for this discovery were awarded the 1962 Nobel Prize award, along with Maurice Wilkins. Their work became the basis for the Human Genome Project.

all of the above are correct - DNA

but on a side note - when the structure was published the picture was reversed
so instead of a b-chain: right hand turn - it was a z-chain: left hand turn...
