iraq, they all get to what they want, if its to blow up people, or rape people etc. Yes you can thank america for giving iraq this democracy

Democracy means that the people choose who governs them, usually by voting. Most people would say it's a good thing. I would say India is the most democratic country in the world.

For most citizen involvement it would have to be Switzerland. They vote on everything and employ representative democracy. The down-side is that it takes forever to get anything done (just like the US)

I'd say Switzerland. Everything is devolved. Probably a good thing.

I have nothing against the Swiss,so I don't see how it's a bad thing.
