I know I cant be the only Latina that eats 'rice pudding'!!!.... LOL

My ma' makes the Mexican version called Arroz con Leche, which translates to Rice with Milk. Ingredients are: white rice, milk, brown sugar. Vanilla flavoring is also an option. Also added for flavoring (but removed once finished) are cloves, cinammon sticks. It is YUMMY! =)

Do other Latinos eat this? Do you call it the same thing? If not what do they call it from the country you trace yourself from? IN other words, which other Latino countries enjoy this sweet, delicious desert- or version of it?

arroz con leche. there was a song my grandma used to sing : "arroz con leche, me quiero casar con una senorita de portugal!" lol, spanish grandmas are funny!
