Sativa grows taller than indica but in the United Police States of Amerika you have to worry about the pigs and bud-snatchers if it gets too tall so when it gets up to 6' you may want to bend it over on its side--which is also a good way to enhance bud yield on the lower branches since they are able to get more light.

You can but it is not legal. To even ask a question like that shows you have been smoking too much of the junk. If you have cancer you can get it legally, it reduces nausea from chemo.
