You can go to the suburbs where there is a Walmart, and rent one there. Also, check your grocery store--I thought I saw one in Jewel's. If you are flush with money, you can buy one for around $100 at Walmart, and it will pay for itself after shampooing your rugs two or three times.

i dont know about chicago, but where im from, u can rent/buy one at any home improvement store
