Does the online site wetseal ship to the uk?

I have been searching for online clothing and seen loads but didnt really like the clothing..

...then i found wetseal and loved it. i didnt see anything about shipping or not shipping to the uk...

... but when i went to checkout-when adding a billing/shipping address and told to select a country the only available was USA.
