this guy like was all over me and his hands were everywhere and this happened in school but im to afraid to file anything against him at school and and its like my fault bc i gave him no indication that i didnt like what he was doing but something was keeping my body from stopping him but i didnt like him touching me and there were like tears in my eyes while he was doing all of this. how come my body wouldnt let me push away? and please doont say bc i enjoyed it bc i didnt and should i consider telling the school?

Just tell the guy that you didn't like it and not to do it again, and try to forget it. If he does it again, then file something, because he has been warned.
Your body probably didn't let you push him away because you were in shock and you didn't know what to do.

Its up to you who you tell, its how your going to feel after saying something that matters. Report him if it helps, don't if it will it makes it worse. If you want to tell someone that will just listen try your local community center, most have councilors(not shrinks) that may be able to help you confidentially in any way you need. If you froze up, do you think he would have pushed the point if you did try to stop him? Could you have stopped him if you tried? Maybe you senced that you couldnt. I've had the same thing happen to me a few times. Try to tell him to leave you alone if you can and do it where you feel safe, after that make sure to stay away from him. Definately tell someone if anything happens again. Obviously you didn't egg him on either so don't think it's your fault. He has eyes and a brain too you know, I'm sure it's not that hard to figure out if someone is interested or not. Try to smile, keep your chin up.

your reaction could have easily been out of shock. We all know what its like to like a guy. You think hes so perfect and never messes up and the fact that he did and to you in such a big way shocked you.
And in a state of shock and disblief you sometimes cant even open your mouth to say what you need to say.
Bottom line though, Guys are not stupid. if he saw tears in your eyes then he knew you didnt like it.
If i were you i would file a report with the school but if the guy tries to fight agenst it, it could hurt you that you didnt voice your opinion and tell him at the time that you didnt like what he was doing. He could use that agenst you, but you should still stand up for yourself.
Letting him get away with something like that, is just telling him that what he did was ok. and it wasnt.

It is hard to know without knowing the situation. Where were you at school? Did he follow you into the bathroom or something? Was it on the bus? Regardless, you should speak your mind when you mean NO. Tell him NO. And if he continues, report him. No means NO. If you gave him no indication that you wanted him to stop, how was he to know you weren't enjoying it? You must SPEAK. If he does it again, clearly say NO and walk away from the situation if possible.

Yes! Definetly tell the school. This is sexual harassment. They will get him into trouble for doing this. You should not get in trouble for anything unless you harassed back. I am really sorry that this happened. You need to file a complaint. It was wrong what he did. I hope this helps and good luck! -Maddie

You were probly so taken back by the fact that this boy was touching you that you didn't know what to do! First of all tell your parents, then tell the school, and tell the police becuase that is sexual harrassing and they can do something about that!

Sometimes when a person is shocked or scared that can cause them not to react. You really need to do something before he decides that he wants to to it again.
Ask someone that you trust for help. I am sure that your school district has a sexual harassment policy. You could even call a crisis line or rape crisis center in your are (it is a sexual assault) for help.

Depends on how long ago this was. You probably liked the attention & was afraid he would get mad if you stopped him.
I know it's a really hard thing to go through.

Maybe you were stunned and you froze - alot of people do this especially in situations that they are frightened or that they know are wrong.
Tell someone, please - it needs to be sorted out. & don't be scared hunnie, but tell your parents if you can, too - they will be glad you told them.
It will make you feel anxious around boys for the rest of your life if you don't do anything - alot of guys messed with my mind and I throw up everytime a guy goes too near me. So please do something hunnie, it really needs to be sorted. He could do this to another girl, or he could do alot worse.

Yes, report him to the school and the police so that he can't do this to you or anyone else again.
He needs to learn he can't just touch anyone he wants without permission.
