My girlfriend is asking me whether she wants to keep the hair down there or get rid of it. Which one is better?

My friends and i were just talking about this last night.
Its a personal choice, whatever she feels more comfortable with. youll both realize while having any kind of sex the less hair the better. but still, its a choice.
if anything i dont recomend shaving. for one thing if she does it and decides she doesnt like it, when it grows back in it will hurt..bad.
waxing can last up to a month and while it may cause temporary pain, its ok compared to the pain shed experience with shaving and hair growing back in.

it is really personal preference. However, medically speaking the hair is there for a reason. We have hair on our bodies in most places to keep bacteria and dirt out of places that it doesn't belong. I.e. our eyelashes protect our eyes, our ear hair protects the ears, etc.
In my opinion, keeping it trimmed is enough. The rest of the hair is there to keep that particular area clean and free of bacterial problems. I think it looks very unnatural to have nothing. Like a porn star or like you are trying to emmulate being some pre-pubescent child.

As others have said it's all preference I personally like it waxed and all gone, but my bf likes me to leave some hair there so usually I do. I would talk to your gf and decide what you both like. Whatever you decide it's not like a permanent decision. I mean really it will grow back.

I think it is all a personal choice. I personally keep mine trimmed down very short but I don't like it to all be gone. For some reason, I don't like the way that feels. I also have become very used to having it trimmed short and don't like it to get long. I think it is what you feel comfortable with.

Leave it, it's there for a reason, she can trim the "bikini area" but God gave us pubic hair for keeping awful germs out & she shouldn't shave it off. Especially a girl with periods & such.
If she shaved it when it starts to grow back it itches like crazy & would pick you during sex.

It is really a matter of personal preference. I prefer a nice trim, versus shaving or waxing.

I'd say it's all up to her preference, just so long as its not like anything out of scary movie - (hedge trimmers) - j/k. Trimmed is nice, shaved is nice, bushy is nice, It's all good!

Leaving it.
There are too many problems to deal with removing it. That area is more sensitive than anywhere else on the body.
She can just clip it a bit. I clip mine.

Personal choice really. If you dine at the Y, trimming the bushes helps to get to the counter.

A nice bikini wax never hurt anyone. Well, it hurts a little bit the first time, but hey, it's better than looking like Rosie O'Donnell I mean Sasquatch!
