1. Why do you shop at walmart? One stop shopping, I actually don't live close enough to a Wal-Mart to shop their regularly, but if I did..that's why I would shop there

2. How helpful are the associates on a scale of 1 to 10? 10 being best. When I have been there I've never had an associate speak to me, so 1.

3. Any complaints about walmart's policies? What are their policies?

4. How would you rate your shopping experience on a scale of
one to ten? 10 being the best. The lat time I went it was VERY crowded and I left without buying anything, lines were back up and I did not have time to wait.

5. What % of household goods to you purchase at Walmart? None at the moment...

6. Do you use any of the other services located at Walmart? vision center, tire & lube, saloon, bank, tax services, portrait studio, gas station, etc.. If so, which ones? None

7) Do you purchase Wal-mart brand items? Give a few examples.
No
8) Is your Wal-mart clean and properly taken care of? If not, give examples? As clean as any large retail store...but never as clean as Target

9) How well has Walmart managment responded when addressing any issues you may have had? If applies, please give example.

I once bought a defective video game there when I was a kid, I took it to customer service and they replaced it without questions...I do order from Walmart ONline occasionally....very customer service oriented.

10) Are there any other comments you may like to make or express about the retail giant. Please put a Walmart in Washington DC.

1. It has good prices and carries everything I need in one location.

2. 6 or 7

3. It's easy to return items, even without a receipt (as long as they still have tags/packaging) but if the item has gone on sale, you don't get the price you paid back

4. 7 or 8

5. About 50% (I'm in college, lol)

6. I get my contacts at the Vision Center

7. Yup, Equate facial cleansing cloths (I think that's WalMart's brand anyways)

8. Yes, except for the fish tanks...No one in the store knows how to properly care for the fish

9. The only thing I have addressed is the poor treatment of the fish, and WalMart doesn't care about the health of their fish, so they haven't changed anything

10. If they are going to sell live animals, they should hire people who know how to care for them. The person at my WalMart who takes care of the fish tanks only comes in on Saturdays.
