When I read the word Imagine I always think of John Lennon.
The question mark is punctuation one uses at the end of a sentence when asking a question that you want an answer to usually.
Just the word "Imagine?" followed by the question mark would say to me Imagine What.

Imagine all the people... always goes round in my head at first, then I just feel excited, there are no limits to what you can do with your imagination!
But I feel a little let down that I wasn't actually given anything to imagine!
