Go to http://youtube.com and search "helicopter on GTA liberty city" or something like that. You will find a video that shows you how to get a helicopter.
IMPORTANT: You get the helicopter on a mission on staunton island. (the one in the middle) You don't get the helicopter, you steal it. Just in case you missunderstood.

GG noob- she's no longer talking about the GTA 3 pastime. She's talking about GTA- Liberty city ideas, which replaced into launched in 2006 on PSP and PS2. so a procedures as i be conscious of, you should fly helicopters once your waiting to enter all 3 Islands of the city.

you have to finish the game and then the airport will open up you should get a mission that willl teach you to fly hope this helps xx

liberty city? LOL! thats GTA3, hell no. you cant do that until SAN ANDREAS
