NO,NONE OF THE SITES TELL THE USER OF CELLPHONE BUT IF U KNOW WHICH CONNECTION THE USER HAVE U CAN FIND THE USER BY CALLING CUSTOMER CARE OF THE COMPANY OF CONNECTION OF THE USER AND TELLING THEM THE NUMBER.

actually i had a probelm where someone was threating me over the phone, but blocking their number and i went to th police and they said it has to be court ordered for them to get the number and they could not give the number to me at all. eventully ifound out who it was, but the police never did anything

you dont need website u can call the centres like nokia custumer care are u can try the web site of the phone manufactering company [ex: www.airtel.in]
