my RE test is next week and i'm missing the answers for some questions about jews:

and i lost the information sheet about jewish holidays

latkes are potato pancakes. They are cooked in oil because they are fried. you get potato's get of the skin then you chop 'em and put the small pieces together by squashing them like a pancake. put oil in a pan and let the fry until golden brown. They Jewish holiday I know is Hanukkah. We open presents for each day. We light a monorah for each day. We read stories and spin tops with symbols on it. Thats what we do for hanukkah
