I downloaded a torrent movie but it reached 80% then stopped. All i need is to watch the first half of it. Its current extension is BT. So, how can i watch unfinished movie file? Which program should i use?

In most cases, you need to have the first and last bit completed, if you do, then almost any media player can play it until it encounters an incomplete part.
I would just find another torrent, there are usually many remakes of the same one. Try torrentspy.com and isohunt.com. Just don't click any ads on either of those pages.

It may be an incomplete file and you won't ever see the end on that.

the vlc media player can play incomplete files, it can even watch files as you download them
