Job Title means it describes your job profile for example- Web developer with 2 yrs of experience in .Net Sql Server 2000 where as job position tells about the current job position ,for example- Web developer.

There really isn't one. A job title is what one calls the job or position.

What kind of question is this? I did not understand much, but from what I understood I think job title is something a name of the job e.g your name & job possition is something kind of job, or job profile or the job you perform in that post.
