I need help finding out th nameof a movie.?

It's a movie that makes fun oof the Lewis and Clark journey. It's like there are these other people racing against them to get to the ocean. I can't remember the name but i know it was so funny and i wanna go get it. I remember a scene where one of the characters is really fa and he has to go on a journey and get a special bird egg for his friend who has gotten sick. But, everytime he gets the egg from the bird who is attacking him, he ends up eating the egg cuz he's so hungry. After the third or fourth try he comes back to camp with the egg, but it turns out he only needs the shell to cure his friend. PLEASE HELP!!!
