Generally the average inseam is around 32.
Maybe a 34 if the pants were designed with a longer fit.

Unfortunately, girls clothing rarely tells the waist/length measurements.(atleast not in plain view like the guys clothes) If it's not listed on the tag, you could either ask a sales associate, or try them on/measure it.

Also, catalogs will usually state the inseam length.

unless otherwise marked with waist x length on the tag, most women's inseams are 31 - 32. Tall is considered 34" and petite is considered 28 - 29. I am 5'4" tall and only wear a 29 1/2" inseam and have to shorten darn near every pair of pants I buy.

Inside the waist band the label will say Waist 32" - Length 30" so I buy 32" - 31" it give a nise break just above the cuff. I always try then on for fit. Over seas manufacturers sizes or not true American size.

just try on longer pants. it should say or ask someone how long the inseams of their pants usually are. mine is 29 and i usually just get short or regular pants.
