Yes it is possible you can get pregnant........call your Dr's office first thing tomorrow. Use another form of birth control in the mean time.

Go to the doctor to get removed,,then find other means of birth control,,new needle called seasonal,,good for 3 months,,go every three months for this,,would think this is a better way,,and less painfuill,,ask doctor about SEASONAL,,birth control,,,better then the pill to,,no weight gain,,but if smoker,,he might not like to do this one

I had my Mirena removed a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it, but I didn't feel a thing. I didn't even realize it was out until the doctor showed it to me. It hurt getting it put in, but removal was nothing. I would make sure and use back up until you get started on something new.
