NO. REGULAR SNEAKERS ARE FINE. DONT YOU DARE USE BASKETBALL SHOES ON TENNIS COURTS!!!! I WILL BE SO MAD IF YOU DO!!!!!!

I've been playing tennis for 6 years. Basketball shoes are bad. You're not supposed to drag your toe. I was ranked No.1 for 5 months people! I think I know which shoes to use.

tenniswarehouse.com is good to buy tennis shoes and other equipment, however, if you don't want to use so much money just buy regular sneakers. You're supposed to build support in your ankles by yourself in tennis. Its called FOOTWORK.

Yes you could use Basketball shoes or running shoes ,but i would not recomend it. Every type of shoes are made for that particular sport. I play tennis, run and like to take long walks. I have different sport shoes for all of the 3.
Basketball shoes are heavy, rubbery and pounces you. Tennis shoes are made to support your ankle more because you don't want to injur yourself.
Enjoy the game no matter what you wear !

Basketball shoes are great for tennis cuz if u drag ur feet on the court, then it will tear through the bad shoes but basket ball shoes have a lot of rubber so it will be hard to tear through em.

Yeah I would just use your basketball shoes. At tennis courts they require you to have clean sneakers, not street shoes, thats the only thing.Unless you are getting really serious with tennis then at this point just wear basketball sneakers.

Yes you can. I use basketball shoes for my tennis because I drag my toe. The basketball shoes have extra rubber on them....And they don't mark the court up!!!

Use tennis shoes because basketball shoes are too heavy for tennis.
