Because the bigger the tampon the more chance you have of getting TSS. Plus the bigger they are the more cramps I get, and I already get enough cramps.

These are sizes and the size is designed for how heavy the flow is. Super plus is uncomfortable to someone with a light flow. Some women have a light flow and others talk about flooding. There is a difference.

Why would you think that "Super Plus" is the best. It is just a size designation. What if I asked you why you don't buy a 3XL shirt instead of a medium! If the flow is moderate, most women prefer the smaller size as it is more comfortable.

Sometime the flow isn't enough for the super, such as at the end of the cycle, or beginning.

i dont. I use those and then change less often. I'm never outside the 6 hour limit so it's all good.
