If you know what size your memory is now, just add the same size and type in the other slot.If you haven't a clue, go to either Tigerdirect.com or 4allmemory.com and use their memory finder. If thats not the memory your talking about, well good luck.

Of course, you need to know some specifications of your computer. It will tell you how many slots you have, total memory capacity, etc.

train your brain 5 minutes a day
get a crossword puzzle, and look at the words
memorize the words, then put the book away, and write down all the words, you have to spell it correctly, and see how many you get, keep doing this, it'll help

From what I have read and seen online I would suggest keeping your brain challenged by keeping it working. Learn new things, take on complicated problems, take up chess, eat healthy and exercise!

i dont know, but I hared that reading alot and memorizing little poems may help...also, play puzzles without looking at a picture often.

eat salmon, take iron pills, play soduko, crossword puzzles, stuff like that.
