One of the listings on your website is supposedly under a contract, and according to your site it has been relisted on March 14th and is available for sale again. In a meantime the broker tells me it's under a contract? Who's telling the truth? Your website or the broker? Or is anyone playing games here?
I'm talking about MSL listing # 135023.

Generally speaking, there is no mechanism in place to immediately update a website once a house has an accepted offer to purchase. The information will be updated only when the agent who has listed the house decides to change its standing in that regard.
