No, they're 2 different people:

Ralf Foody in "Angels with Filthy Souls" was Johnny (old man who said "keep the change, you filthy animal") - this was not a real movie.

Emile Myer in "Shane" was Ryker - looks a lot like the man in the Home Alone movie
