Here's a hint to find the answer yourself. Sketch each function or get a graph drawing calculator or computer to draw it. If it is a one to one function then it will pass both the horizontal line test and the vertical line test. Both such lines must pass through the function only once.
One of the functions given passes these tests but you decide.
