India did play well but they were in for a surprise, for they did not expect the bangaladesh team to be infested with very young players, they had very high confidence to the level that when munaf patel bowled, the fielding was very tight and no careless mistakes was maintained by TAMIN , he gave the impression that if u (India ) did not give single/twos/ threes then he can easily go for a boundry/ sixer, that was simply a high pitched competition, a real test between experienced players(seniors- India) aand the very young players (juniors - Bangladesh ).Moreover India should have played on an empty stomach or half stomach coz they found themselves rooted to their position, be it bowling, batting fielding, wicket keeping, Had they (indians ) played a few matches with bangldesh before the cup they would have known their strengths and weakness. It is not fair to blame the indians fully, dont , dont simply bombard them with verbal hurts/ burning their effigies, its not fair , if u were in their position u might have done the same thing as they have done, one wild reason could be the food might have been drugged so the players could have made to move sluggishly, coz we have drug test for those who won but there is no drug test for those who lose all of a sudden, that is all, means all have not done well at the same time, how is that possible, this needs a lot of pondering.

this was one of the worst performance of India in any world cup,there many reasons but mainly i think Indian players considered Bangladesh as light and not as a threat,so they played their practise game on the match with Bangladesh,it was late when Indians knows that match had slipped in favour of Bangladesh and also India's poor batting.i would say well done Bangladesh.

i think it is not india who played badly but...... bangladesh played it very well.also i think tht probably indian team was overconfident and it underestimated the bangladesh team.
