i have this friend, lets call him matt. he's this guy i just knew for about, 2 or 3 weeks. or more, i dunno. i seriously think that he's retarded cuz he's like 23 but he acts like a 7 year old.
when i met him, i like had a 5% crush on him, but know i am seriously annoyed by that guy. he always annoys me by saying: 'i shall kick you!' just like a typical 7 year old.
please help me...
before he really wants to do something to me...

before u kick him its called discrimination against the disabled and could get u in some big trouble he could b emotionallly immature or he could act this way from being physically abused in the home after knowing him 2-3+ or - weeks i dont thinku know as much as u thinku do tread very carefully here

First of all don't say he's your friend, because he's not! He someone you know and he's not a very nice person. Since you really don't like him, just ignore him and let him just be "someone you know". If he keeps bothering you, let him know that you not interested in him. Kick him in the balls, mentally by your attitude!
