Probably because you go to bed in a bad mood. What are you so pissed off about? Unless you are in a situation where you are being abused, living in the street, or are suffering from some kind of addiction, there is surely something good in your life that you can focus on. I think it is true for most people that if given a choice between your problems and switching with someone else, you'd rather just deal with yours. Try taking a few minutes when you first wake up, before you get out of bed, to do a little positive visualization. It might help.
