yes, on Patty's day and the next few we always have corned beef, boiled potatoes and a little cabbage with rye bread. even though i'm US/german and wife is US/polish. i love corned beef. have rubin sandwiches all the time....
my sister was born on the 17th.

We always have corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots and onions. I simmer the corned beef or brisket in apple juice in my slow cooker all afternoon. Then at the last hour I add carrots potatoes and cabbage. Let simmer til veggies are done. Yummy!

No, however did have an Irish meal. I opted for Shepard's pie,and soda bread.
