putting a lid over your frustration of any sort over a period of time irritates you no end. This is when you get angry.Letting this out in an emotional outburst cools you down after a while. This is when you become normal again but at the cost of letting out your anger upon some-one /some-thing.Now, not getting angry becomes difficult for short tempered people, who end up shouting every now and then. One simple method of NOT getting angry apart from the usual age old techniques of counting till 10-100,is to step back a few paces/get away from the exact place where you feel an anger bout coming on.Some sort of energy is dispelled in this mannner and by the time your fit/rage dies down and you can go back to the same place and control the situation.

Anger comes from things that have not been resolved. For example, something could have happened years ago, but for some reason or other you were not able to fully express your feelings....this festers inside you...often without you knowing it and can appear as anger when something else happens. So another example may be that somebody did something that irritates you, then you completely blow up.....and think why did I get SO angry? See, it may not have been the thing that just irritated you but a build up of lots of other feelings inside.
I think we get angry when we can't be who we want to be.
Anger is healthy and good if it is let out in a safe way without hurting others.
When something makes you really angry...try to think EXACTLY what it was in the situation that did it?
To stop anger building up, you need to calmly express how you feel as soon as something happens otherwise you may feel resentful and then the anger just grows and grows.

Anger is an emotion most people experience. It occurs when someone does something physically or emotionally that hurt us. There is no remedy for anger per se, we would be emotionless - would you want that? There are remedies for people who do not know how to manage their feelings of anger in a healthy way. There are relaxation techniques, counseling, or anger management therapy.

When things do'nt happen the way you want them to happen, you become angry. In such a situation ask yourself 'who has given you the right to assume that others should do only the way you like them to do?' Your anger will soon evaporate.

I honestly feel that anger comes from many things...."Too Much Stress, in one's life", "Feeling overloaded", "High-Blood Pressure", "Poor Diet", "Not Feeling Good about yourself", "Not suceeding in the area's in which you always dreamed too", it can come from many things, even diabetics get easily angered, when their insulin levels are low, or high.. Its a part of life, except nowadays, "Society want's to fix EVERYTHING!!!" Its become a "Fix-It" society, you know.. Whereas; in the olden days people fixed their own problem's, and dealt with them, or talked them out among family members, or went to church and prayed about their problem's.. Now aday's, if you have a "Domestic Dispute", your slapped with a fine, and "Anger Management classes" my cousin was anyway! Its so sad, how times have changed!! People didn't used to get as "Angry as they do today, 20 years ago, either!!!" You know.. Life's harder in the world we live in today... Jobs are harder to come by, .....the cost of living is higher, ...... Government's are making daily living harder for their countries, to reside in.....You name it, Life is harder in today's world, in which we live!!! There is no way to get rid of anger, except for talking to God!!! Tell Him everything, and ask Him to help you with your anger, or whomever your talking about .. God's in the "prayer Answering Business, hun!!!" This is my promise to you!! Smile!!!

Usually there's anger when there are unsolved issues going on.
Figure out what they are....then talk about them openly & honestly.
Sometimes you need a therapist to help.
