There are a lot of different reasons why pregnancy has not been acheived. Such as hormones, low sperm count, stress, obesity and the list goes on. Start by talking to your ob/gyn. They can run a series of blood tests to check your hormone levels and start there. If they aren't able to provide you with more definitive answers they can refer to an infertility specialist. Good luck.

you dont give much information, but since you stopped in 2005, thats almost two years. i dont know if youve seen a doctor, but if you havent, its probably a good idea. beyond that, have you tried all the natural methods? there are a few, including a small at home ovulation kit to tell you when youre ovulating. they say to abstain from sex for one or two days before youre likely to ovulate. also, an orgasm for the woman increases the chance of conception, so make sure you get yours. :) there are many prooven methods, and something as simple as a bad diet can seriously affect your ability to get pregnant. do some research online, and try those natural methods, and while you do that, make an appointment with a doctor if you havent already. good luck, and congrats in advance. :D

Sometimes for various reasons it just takes a long time. I stopped using birth control in 2003, and I'm just now pregnant for the first time.
