1. You can find vampires downtown at night. If you want to get bitten, you should interact with one. If you don't want to get bitten, then buy the potion from the matchmaker.
2. To find a dancemat, go to the three dots in buy mode. Once at that menu, click the three dots again. You can find it there.
3. There isn't a way to attract more customers. Maybe something is blocking the entrance? Adding more families to a neighborhood might help.

Vampires are seen downtown at night. - take your sim downtown at night just keep going to places until you see one. Running a club using OFB couldn't tell you - if its a community lot that you build watch the though bubbles to see if what the sims are thinking that might help to see why they are not coming to your club.
