how big is 1350 square feet for a house? It says 3 bedrooms - are they tiny?

That is not a large house but you can't tell without the actual dimensions or by seeing inside. If there is a formal living room, formal dining room, family room, kitchen then that doesn't leave a lot for the bedrooms.

The best way to find out is iether go see it, or ask.

I owned a 3 bedroom home that is 1040 square feet. It did not feel tiny because of the layout. In other words the main living areas of the home (living room, kitchen, eating area) were all well integrated, making the feel of the home open and airy. All three bedrooms were off of one major hallway which also lended to a open feel. Thus I think whether or not the home "feels" tiny or large is very much dependent on the architectural layout. I have been in homes that are 2000 square feet and felt small.. because of a chopped up floor plan, and made rooms feel like caves. Regards.

Also make sure this does not include any garage space. 1350 is not very large for a house but it depends on what you are used to. In New York and California it may be considered normal. In Texas, it is small.
Can't tell how large the bedrooms are until you see the house.
I have seen plans not jive with what is built before.

I own a 2 bedroom that is 700 sq. ft. Now that is small! Your house is probably a pretty reasonable size, but like the other poster said, it will really depend on the layout.

it would not be a large home. The rooms would probably be small, but that would be based on the size of the kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. I had a home around the same size and it was fine when it was just my wife and I. But when we had a baby it was time to get a bigger home... just wasn't enough room for everything..
