miley cyrus!!!!!!!!!!! I am a fan.
shes funny, she seems to have a good personality, she likes hello kitty so do I. I love her show! she even has her on website. I think she has a my space also that i go the url for they said she will only accept her freinds but she excepted me yah!!!! lol Emily osment is ok but miley is so much better.

I think Emily and Miley are eqaully the best because they are both good actors on Hannah Montana and they are both friends in real life and i like them both but i like emily a bit more than Miley though
