I think the ones that don't make them selves to appear in everything. One person i can name would be Christina Ricci, she never really appears in any magazine, she seems like an excellent Role Model.

I think Hill Harper is a good celebrity role model. He also does not appear in everything, and when he does, it's always in a positive manner. He is always trying to reach out to the youth in America, and that in itself is an excellent role model for everyone.

I think some of the old hollywood movie stars are good role models, because they were classy, worked hard, and were in good films

celebrities per se shouldn't be role models. many/most live a life of excess not to be emulated. tina turner would be a good one her buddhist faith has carried her from poverty and obscurity through an abusive marraige to the heights of fame.

I would choose Oprah or Ellen Degeneres...they both offer humor and lifestyle advice to their viewers as well as support significant community service organizations...Ellen donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Hurricane Katrina re-building efforts, and Oprah has offered millions of dollars of support to local groups in the States as well as abroad via her Angel Network...keep working it ladies! :)
