i know this is stupid to ask...but is the $5= 250 txts plan....are weekends/nights free for texts....i dont think so...but just checking...thx

No there not and if you use your yahoo IM on your phone they charge you for the messages also. I pay $5.oo for unlimited IN messaging and 50 to non verizon customers.

It's only "free" to send a text when the person you send the text to is also a Verizon customer.
Same for receiving -- only free when the text comes from a Verizon customer

no only calls are weekends and nights free. Sorry. I have verizon texting too... so that would be awesome if they did that!

my bst friend has verizon and she can txt verizon ppl free and ppl on other plans count on her plan but to answer ur question no u dont get wkends and nights free!
