Soak with a good laundry detergent and the hottest setting you can use for the fabric, or rub detergent paste made with water into the stain scrubbing it well and wash with a soak first. I've also used vinegar in the wash and allow to soak well. It's a hard stain to get out since it's really the deodorant with the perspiration that's in the fabric. Hope these help, I've used them for years!

if it is on a white garment, such as an undershirt, soak it
in hot water with 1/2 cup bleach, 1/2 cup diswasher deter-
gent and 1/2 cup laundry detergent for 1 hour. Launder as usual.

They're pretty difficult to get out completely. Oxyclean is a good option and avoid using hot water or hot dryer setting as heat sets protein based stains. Avoid bleach as well.
