need child restrain strap for childs wooden high chair?

hmm....I don't know where you could buy them. could you possible make them? I know they sell the strap material at craft stores and you could probably buy a clip there too. You would just have to sew the strap into itself and attach the clips to the end.
We have a wooden high chair and that is how the straps are in it. But we use our regular highchair more. The wooden one is at her Grandma's.
