I have received the exact same email a few days ago ! Same ticket number, serial number, batch number and lucky numbers. Guess we'll have to split the prize !

Well, for a start those phone numbers are not the London area code which makes me a bit suspicious. I'd ignore it to be honest, it's bound to be some sort of scam.
