Well not so much of a website but more of a program. Use "Garage Band", it is a type of program where you can make your own beats according to different sounds and different instruments. They are also divided into catergories, so if you want to make a hip hop song, you can click on the "Hip Hop" category and it will show you which instruments you can use.

I use this program when I am bored to make some cool beats, and you can adjust the Tempo of the song to go faster (like at 140) or slower (like at 60). I have a Mac which makes it much easier to use "Garage Band".
