1. greg oden no question a defence presance although durant maybe more polished now i think oden will have a bigger impact in the long run. 2. close second kevin durant can u say hakeem olajuwan.3.joakim noah very talented shot blocker plays with alot of energy and emotion has a passion for the game.4.tyler hansborough is a bull inside and a rebounding machine 5.aaron afflalo. no doubt the clutchest player in college basketball and defensively brilliant.6.chase budinger. although on a underacheiving arizona squad he showed signs of greatness.7.nick collison true point guard ucla cant win without nick collison.8.marcus williams again a down year from arizon but this sophmore forward can do it all.9.spencer hawes this big man yet another freshman has as much potential as anyone on the list except for the top 2.10.D.J strawberry i know hes not the best scorer but im a sucker for defence and this kid may be one of the best in the nation at it

Maynor is great, but not top-10 material. Fazekas isn't anywhere close to top-10 material. You could make the case that Rush is the #3 player on his team. Strawberry is good, but another guy who might not be the best on his own team.

i agree for the most part only wheres alando tucker? it was tough to leave off sean singletary and chris lofton but i couldn't fit them in. also julian wright is pretty sick too
